How to book your mediation session
Booking a mediation session with Viaserena Mediation is a clear and simple process. We are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a suitable and convenient experience.

An opportunity to discuss your situation, ask questions about the mediation process and explore whether mediation may be suitable for you. Please Note: This is not a mediation session or legal advice.
| Step 1: Pre-Mediation Session | Individual initial 40-minute meeting before mediation begins, focused on understanding your circumstances, priorities and concerns and preparing for the mediation process. |

| Step 2: Joint Sessions | Private joint mediation sessions are available for a variety of disputes, including family, workplace, and community matters. These sessions are tailored to your needs. |
| Step 3: Fee Agreement | All fees will be thoroughly discussed and agreed upon with all parties involved before any sessions take place, ensuring complete transparency and no hidden costs. |
| Step 4: Session Progress | The total number of sessions required will depend on the progress made throughout the mediation process. We work with you at your pace to achieve the best possible outcome. |
| Step 5: Final Mediation Agreement Session | A final session for the parties to review the mediation agreement prepared during the mediation process, clarify any outstanding points, and, where agreed, sign the final document. |

Our clear and transparent fees
At Viaserena Mediation, we value transparency and client trust. Our fee structure is designed to be straightforward, with no hidden or unexpected costs.

| Pre-Mediation Session | €80 per party. |
| Joint Sessions | €200 per 1-hour session. *Fees may be shared equally between the parties or otherwise arranged by mutual agreement prior to the mediation sessions taking place. |
| Final Mediation Agreement Session | €300 up to 60-minute session. This session is suitable where the parties have reached an agreement and wish to formally review and sign the terms reached through mediation. |
Payment Policy
Please note that, to confirm your appointment, payment for each session is required by bank transfer no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
